Sound Bath Experience with Agata

Join us for an immersive sound bath designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Using crystal singing bowls and other instruments, this session invites you to slow down, release tension, and drop into a meditative state. The frequencies work on a subtle level to help restore balance in both the body and mind.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
Sound Healing Training with Agata

Learn how to create and lead powerful sound baths using bowls, gongs, and other instruments.
This two-day immersive training is designed for those who feel called to explore the transformative power of sound—whether for personal practice or to begin facilitating sessions for others.
In a world filled with stress and disconnection, sound offers a way to create intentional spaces for rest, release, and reconnection. This training will guide you through both the foundations and practical application of sound healing, so you leave with the confidence to begin.
No prior experience or instruments are required.
Breathwork & Sound Sensory Experience with Gianni & Kiki

Join us for a dynamic, immersive experience combining guided breathwork with sound sensory stimulation to activate the body, heighten awareness, and deepen your internal connection.
This is not a passive or purely relaxing session. Through intentional breathing and layered sound, you’ll be guided into an expanded state of awareness where you may experience emotional release, clarity, and a deeper connection to self.
Breathwork can support those navigating stress, anxiety, ADHD, or trauma-related experiences by improving focus, enhancing regulation, and creating space between stimulus and response.
Ashtanga Workshop: Jump Backs & Jump Throughs with Nareh
