“Darman” comes from an Armenian word meaning “remedy” or “healing.” It reflects our belief that wellness isn’t something we chase—it’s something we come home to, again and again.
Through yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and guided meditation, we offer grounded practices that nourish the nervous system and support physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Whether you're stepping into your first class or deepening a lifelong practice, we welcome you as you are.
