Breathwork & Sound

SENSORY SIMULATION

WITH GIANNI & KIKI

About the Event

Join us for a dynamic, immersive experience combining guided breathwork with sound sensory stimulation to activate the body, heighten awareness, and deepen your internal connection.

This is not a passive or purely relaxing session. Through intentional breathing techniques and layered sound, you’ll be guided into an expanded state of awareness where you may experience emotional release, clarity, and a deeper connection to self.

Breathwork practices can be especially supportive for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, ADHD, or trauma-related experiences. Through intentional breathing, participants may notice improved focus, a greater sense of regulation, and a deeper connection to the body. These practices can help create space between stimulus and response, allowing for more clarity and presence.

No prior experience necessary. All are welcome.

Important Considerations

Meet Your Facilitators: Gianni & Kiki

Gianni and Kiki are a husband-and-wife team who bring together breathwork and sound sensory stimulation to create a deeply immersive, full-body experience.

Gianni is a certified breathwork and cold therapy facilitator whose work is rooted in optimizing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. His journey began through a deep exploration of practices such as breathwork, sleep optimization, movement, and mindfulness. Through both personal transformation and formal training, he now guides others in using the breath as a powerful tool for awareness, resilience, and expanded states of consciousness.

Kiki is a Los Angeles–based certified sound facilitator whose work is grounded in an intuitive connection to energy and vibration. Drawn to sound and nature from a young age, she creates rich, sensory-driven sound environments that engage the body and mind. Her approach supports heightened awareness, deeper internal connection, and an expansion into more present and attuned states.

Together, they combine their modalities to offer a unique experience where breath and sound interact to stimulate the senses, unlock stored tension, and support deeper exploration of self. Their work is rooted in creating intentional, accessible spaces where individuals can reconnect, release, and expand.
